Description: This code was created by me (legend 1234) its not much of a code but ill explain it for you. WERE TO ADD IT: i recommend adding it as your first centre block on your portal as it will always be the centre and very noticable. WHAT TO DO: after uve added it to the centre block copy the code below and change the text to what you want it to say. You can add pictures, text, a video, what ever you want. NOTE: to make it more neater and better looking make sure it has the center tags so its located in the centre
